Ziki Bar, Astoria NY Charlotte’s 6th Birthday Party Celebration
I just performed for a birthday party at Ziki Bar, located at 19-23 Ditmars Blvd, Astoria NY 11105. Ziki Bar is a great spot to celebrate a birthday in Astoria Queens!
The guest of honor was turning 6, and she invited 15 friends to her birthday celebration.
Since it was such a beautiful day, the guests could sit and socialize both inside and outside Ziki Bar.
The theme for the party was Trolls. The colors were pink, blue and green. There were troll decorations, activities — even the guacamole matched the color scheme!
As the children arrived, they chose which color troll hair to wear. I thought that was such a fun, silly and clever way to get everyone ready to party.
Next, I kept the children and parents mesmerized with 45 minutes of magic, squeaky-clean comedy, and balloon-twisting. Yes, I personalized the show with troll-themed magic, too!
But what I loved most was seeing Charlotte’s face light up with delight when she helped me out during the magic show. As a parent, I know there’s nothing better than that!
After the magic show, every child lined up to have their face painted by NYC face painter Lenore Koppelman, a.k.a. “Cheeky the Chipmunk.” Not only is Lenore a talented artist, but she’s a rock star with the kids, as well!
