Ume Ume, Park Slope Brooklyn Alexa’s 4th Birthday Party
The guest of honor was turning 4, and she invited 12 friends to her birthday celebration.
The theme was princesses, and Sotiria, dressed as Princess Jasmine, was dazzling and delighting the children when I arrived.
My favorite memory was the look of delight on Alexa’s face when I asked her to play the part of the princess in a story I was telling. When I asked her to blow gently on a rose, the rose magically opened to reveal a ring.
After the show, everyone sang Happy Birthday and made a delicious birthday cake disappear. What a fun party!
