In addition to offering amazing educational and community programs, the Riverdale Neighborhood House makes their space available for birthdays.
Birthday Party at Riverdale Neighborhood House
This weekend, I performed at the RNH for a 6th birthday party.
First, the children went upstairs to play some party games.
Next up… my birthday party magic show!
For 30 minutes, the children were on the edges of their seats, falling over with laughter and wide-eyed with amazement.
Then, I twisted balloon swords, hats, bunnies and more for everyone to take home.
My favorite memory was the look of amazement on the guest of honor’s face when I magically SMASHED a rubiks cube inside a glass jar.
The best part was how excited he was when I gave the jar to him to examine, and then let him keep it as a souvenir!
