I just had a super fun time performing my magic show for RotenbergMeril ‘s Company Picnic in VanSaun Park in Paramus, NJ. Keep reading for a re-cap of the fun!
RotenbergMeril Company Picnic
It was a gorgeous day. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and you could even feel a gentle refreshing breeze.
We found a shady spot under a tree, and laid down a blanket for the children to sit on.
As soon as everyone arrived, the magic began!
A 8′ magic wand appeared, a drawing came to life, things disappeared and re-appeared… the children and parents were beaming, belly-laughing and wide-eyed with amazement throughout the show.
After the show, I made balloon-animals. Because younger children can be easily overwhelmed by too many choices, I gave each child 3 options to choose from (a dog, bunny, or balloon-sword). Everyone left with a beaming smile and balloon-souvenir.
My favorite memory? Hands down, it was this hilarious moment when all of the children got up and started dancing during the show.

We were at our company picnic in a park…so most of the kids sat on blankets in front of him (as did some of the moms!)
